Not to be confused with CAP valuations, these are the values CAP people bring to work with them every day.

We are proud of our values because - unlike many other organisations - we did not dream them up in a meeting just to make us sound good. They were identified in a major piece of research conducted by an independent 3rd party into how CAP is already perceived. After scores of interviews with people across the industry those 6 qualities shone out as a recurring theme. They turned out to be the 6 qualities people loved most about CAP as an organisation and all of us who work here.

Those values are now woven into the way we appraise our own work, the performance of our people and all our dealings with customers, suppliers and all the people we touch across the industry every day. Our values have real meaning for us because they were not parachuted in by business consultants. They were always there and all it took to identify them was to talk to the industry and our own people.

We look for those values in everyone we recruit to work here. We turn our values into reality. A good example is our integrity. We don't just say it. CAP is one of very few businesses in the industry with a formal policy of never accepting corporate gifts. And we only attend events where there is a demonstrable business purpose that will make our products and services better for customers.
