John is the Senior Editor of CAP’s Commercial Vehicles and Motorcycles.

Having been at CAP for 13 years John knows the automotive business inside-out. Responsible for the CAP Red Book team, his role involves generating content for all current and future commercial vehicle and motorcycle valuations. John makes sure that customer needs are always met and that CAP’s product quality continues to be accurate by meeting regularly with CAP data users.

John’s passion for cars continues outside of work where he is an avid fan of motor sport.

Rob is the HGV Editor for CAP‘s Red Book. With almost 30 years of industry experience including residual value setting and managing vehicle disposals for some of the biggest names in truck fleets, he is well versed with Heavy Goods Vehicles. He can regularly be found at auctions, operators and manufacturers researching current market conditions.

Helen is the Assistant Editor for CAP’s Heavy Goods Vehicles.

Her role involves collating and analysing auction data files to maintain the HGV database. With over 15 years in the automotive industry and a strong background in trucks, Helen now produces valuations for specialised HGVs and LCVs as well.

Helen rides race horses and has owned the same horse since she was 9 months old. She also has owned a variety of different Land Rovers.

Ken is the Editor of CAP’s Red Book Light Commercial Vehicles and Motorhomes.

He is responsible for making sure that CAP’s current valuation databases are up-to-date and accurate. This involves researching the entire new and used vehicle marketplace; talking to auction companies, vendor representatives, vehicle manufacturers, leasing companies and dealers. The data that he maintains is extracted and published in the famous CAP Red Book trade guide and CAP for Windows software application.

Ken is a keen sea and boat angler and enjoys cycling, caravanning and boating.

Dionne is the Assistant Editor for CAP’s Light Commercial Vehicles.

She supports CAP Editors to make sure they accurately represent used commercial vehicle values, keeping track of emerging trends and forecasts. With a background in automotive customer service, Dionne understands the needs of customers and works hard to ensure that CAP’s quality editorials exceed what the marketplace expects.

Dionne is a Mum of three and a former Ju-Jitsu judge and referee.

Tim is the Editor for CAP Monitor, forecasting future residual values of Light and Heavy Commercial Vehicles.

He works to manage customer risk and facilitate intelligent stock management by providing accurate forecasts of new vehicles to market.

Tim’s interests include civil aviation, photography and social networking.

Jetindra is one of CAP’s Senior Analysts.

His role involves resolving advanced, often complex customer queries, using a variety of specialist analytical tools. With 10 years at CAP, Jetindra drives customer quality. He produces accurate and timely reporting and analysis.

In his spare time Jetindra dabbles on the Stock Market, researching companies for the best investment opportunities!
