Dylan Setterfield - Senior Forecasting Editor

Dylan moved to CAP in January this year after 20 years at General Electric (GE), the majority of this time having been spent setting residual values for the UK. Dylan has had RV responsibility for France for some years and involvement in other European countries, with an overview of all used vehicle market assumptions. Dylan has a degree in Maths, Stats & Operational Research and is a self-confessed data addict, which has proved useful in developing CAP’s new forecasting methodology.

Jeff Knight - Forecasting Editor

Jeff joined CAP in July 2001, but is an industry stalwart with almost 40 years’ experience in a variety of roles. There is probably no-one better placed in the industry to talk about residual values and vehicle trends.

Many of you will have benefitted from Jeff’s wisdom in the past, whether discussing new model launches or forecast changes and we hope to make this much more accessible to everyone via Gold Book commentary.
