The leasing companies surveyed by CAP in July reported an average performance against CAP of 96.5%, marginally higher than June (0.1%) but 1.4% lower than the same time last year.  

The average conversion rate reported was 67.5%, 3.3% lower than the previous month and the second lowest reported conversions of 2013 so far.
